Should I check in with a doctor?

I'm 13 years old, and so everything started about yesterday. I found out that I didn't pass Geometry, and was pretty sad, and was pretty much in my own world, where I seemed more like an unmoving puppet. Well, I discovered that I had some .. bumps on my skin which seemed like I was bitten by a bug or mosquito. Near night time, my head started to hurt, and I felt like I tasted blood, or some kind of metal. In the morning, I mentioned it to my little brother, and he said he smelled a faint smell of blood. I smell it sometimes, but the smell disappears. The taste on my tongue only changes when I'm done eating something or brushing my tongue. Sometimes, I think I hallucinate. I'm told that I look really tired and stressed, and so I'm wondering why I have these headaches, and if I should check in with my doctor on this.
