Hoow d i show my son that its not right?

I think my 8 year old son is gay. When he's happy he jumps up and down repeatedly while battin his hands as if he were flying. My wife doesn't seem to worry and sometimes I believe she's egging it on by reading him girly stories at bed time like snow white or even power puff girl books. Sometimes while he's watching tv I hear him mimicking the show but the problem is he's repeating everythin the female says and not the male and it scares me because he plays yf youth tackle football and I think he gets a hard on. Sometimes I just want to look at him and say "I don't believe in fairies!" In hopes that he would just fall out
