Is it poetic justicw that my flight has been delayed by a half hour by some twit who has a dog in a stroller?

I saw one of those nutbags in the store the other day. STG, I thought she had a babby in there that she was talking to. It was an effing dog. Where did this new things of dogs in strollers come from all the sudden? I thought you were supposed to carry them like a purse?
