If youths were able to go proper clubbing, then maybe we wouldnt have knife/gang crime!!!?

Does anyone else agree, if youths from the ages maybe 14-17 were able to go clubbing, as in proper full experience clubbing, none of the under 18 disco type thing, then we wouldnt have so many problems with street gangs and knife crime. I myself, see this, on a daily basis. I commute through Peckham to Brixton and see the real grime of day to say life. I am so shocked by this whole youth gang epidemic and its everyday i hear about another teen being stabbed. Surely if these youths didnt have to wait until the age of 18 to go out, we wouldnt have all these gang problems?
