Admin password for Windows 7 needed...?

My boyfriend's father got him a netbook some time ago. It's running Windows 7 Enterprise, and his father recently kicked him out. Anyway, his father pulled out all the stops on this laptop - it's more locked down than a school's computer. I can't use regedit, I can't really use the command prompt, (there is no cd drive for a password recovery), and I cannot activate the hidden admin account. Everything I have tried, this twit has thwarted or thought of before I got there. So, I'm asking for some help - if anyone knows how to bypass this stuff successfully, I'd be eternally grateful.
