Advice and assistance helping a rape victim that is close to me, and dealing with personal trauma?

This is horrible I am so sorry :( my best advice is that the both of you go to counciling together it will help both of you and it is always nice to have someone with you. Life after rape is never the same but it does get easier to manage. Comfort her and try and help her feel safe and never let her think it's her fault because it's not.
