Can Alli make you hallucinate?

I don't know if it's a strange coincidence. I started taking Alli two nights ago. The first night I slept terrible. Last night I felt like there were bugs all over me (only in bed) then in the morning I swear I heard voices and my front door slam an hour after my husband left. I walked around my house, checked on the kids, everything was normal, then heard a truck start and leave. Husband said it wasn't him. I'm wondering if it was just a very real dream or if maybe Alli is causing this or perhaps, God forbid, it was actually real and someone tried breaking into my house. Alli is the only thing that has changed recently, hence, my natural thought goes straight to that. Please let me know! (P.S. I have anxiety, which my doctor says is normal for any new mother [my youngest is 11 months] so I don't take medication for it and it has never happened in the morning before, only at night).
