Do you take ambien/stilnoct/zolpidem?
Unfortunately Zolpidem is a hallucigen a prescribed medicine that can make you hallucinate. This unfortunately means they are too strong for you and you are suffering from side effects. You may want to try zimovane 7.5mg it is not as strong and will also aid restful sleep.Sleeping pills are all addictive sorry and zolpidem is not usually prescribed for more than 10 nights due to it's addictiveness. All sleeping tablets have the side effect of drowsiness the next day and more vivid dreams/nightmares. if feeling depressed maybe try some antidepressants which if taken at night will also aid sleep ie.escitalopram,effexor. speak to your gp plz as i am uncertain as to why they have prescribed such strong sleeping tablets for you..
