Help! Taking hijab off for dinner tonight but afraid I'll bump into muslim friends?

If you are Muslim you are forced to wear the veil, if you're not, nothing and nobody can force. If your Muslim friends have accepted you as you are, I do not see any problem, but if the opposite is true, you must follow the rules of sharia, like it or not. That religion requires it.
