How can one judge the quality of answers to questions posed to Yahoo?

Given the horrible answers generally provided to Yahoo Answers, this service is generally worthless. How can this service be improved so that stupid and ignorant twits aren't involved? Passing along out-of-date and wrong information is simply worth nobody's time. Thanks.
