I might get the lowest grade in our test yesterday?

Hey guys so we had a diagnostic test yesterday in english, and I might get the lowest grade because I'm so sleepy and I started to hallucinate and I'm not sure if my numbering is correct, I might made a mistake like number 45 because number 44 and so on until number 100.... So it's our first test and though it's not recorded and it'll not affect my grade but still I'm so worried, it's so embarassing
