Is this normal to happen after smoking weed or hash?

ok i know its bad for me and blah blah blah but its none of your Business so i dont want any answers going like say no to drugs and **** im little so i know whats going on. SO here it goes.I started smoking weed and hash,i noticed that when i dont smoke i still feel high im like always high now even when im not smoking any like i could stay high up to a week or more,what the hell is wrong with me. Oh yeah and theres something wrong with my memory now i cant remember stuff like i take a long time to remember what someone told me or what i need to remember like i dont get it and yeah im still hallucinating even when im not high i smoked hash last week and i still feel high as **** and hallucinating.Could someone tell me whats wrong with me.
