Scared out of my mind hallucinations please help?

I know what I have but I hallucinate a lot when I am really happy and also when I am really depressed . I just got over being depressed and know I feel on top of the world except now I am hallucinating which is making depressed . Let's start out with. What I hear when I am home alone loud feet running down the stairs,people calling my name ,babies crying , and people singing . I see bright lights flashing , people and shadows running , and my died friend when I look In the mirror sometimes .I am scared out of my mind and Also I am extremely paranoid sometimes .
