Should I be angry at my friend?

Yeah I'd be pissed too. BUT you need to stop messaging him. I know it really sucks that you're good friends and stuff and you'll want to talk to him but obviously if he's not replying after 11 messages he's not the friend you thought he was and he's not worth your time. Just forget it and go on, if he's going to be a friend he'll come around.
