What is the name of this film? Please help me!?

I watched a film back near the year 2000 and it was of a man who got hypnotised by a woman, only the aftermath of it turned his world upside down, he started hallucinating about really bad things, like his wives nail falling off while they were getting intimate, his wife was heavily pregnant too, if that helps any? Please please help me I really want to know
