Are we building this restroom right?

So, a good three months ago while was taking a shower and i reach down for the soap a bunch of tiles fell down. so i got out and then a week or so my dad began working on it. he put new wood to support the wall frame. Then he put more insulator ( that pink stuff in the walls) Then he put some wooden boards over the top and then he covered it with this wire stuff and then covered it with cement. Also he dint buy one of those gage for so it was only shower instead he kept the same three tubes like ones hot water, cold water, shower. yea those. now we need the tiles and the door and the things you twits so the water comes out. also when he took the bath tub out we have the old cement floor, with this hole and the drain. i was just need to know it this right? my dad inst a 100% contractor hell he dint even go to school. cuse he lived in mexico dint have enough cash.
