Disc Stuck in ps3 phat (But works)?

Try holding the eject button for several seconds to see if it forces it out. Sometimes holding eject will force the gears to re-catch to eject the disc. Another option you could try is, while holding the eject button, use another disc and gently push back on the one stuck inside. That can also force the gears to act accordingly. Both of these methods have worked for me in the past, hopefully it helps you, too.
