Career advice please?

I'm a high school student and i'm looking at different careers and would love some advice :) for as long as I can remember I have wanted to have a career in beauty. more like skin care and skin treatments actually. but on the other hand I have also always wanted to be a youth counsellor or something along those lines. now this may be a stupid question but is there any way I can have both careers at the same time? because I would really hate to choose. thankyou xx
