So many problems help me please?

I have so many issues I am really depressed most of the time and I cut and hallucinate . I am on 60 mg of geodon and 7.5 of abilify . I am only 14 and I hate my therapist . I feel so unloved by everyone I feel like no one cares what happens to me . My parents care but I think It feels fake . I see figures covered in blood and pets they are all telling me to follow them . I cut my arms and other places . And I am just generally depressed . What should I do ?
